Bram Stoker = Brilliant.
You're doing a weird assignment :S Basically the question seems to be asking your opinion, so it will depend on how you view Stoker's literary masterpiece that is Dracula (<3).
I think a website like Sparknotes or something has some information that you can utilise (not copy).

Anyway, if I were doing that assignment I would potray Stoker as a brilliant writer. His work may seem psychotic but only to certain individuals. Due to the fact that when Dracula was published, it caused quite a bit of controversy, etc. Also, I would recommend looking into the elements of prose fiction novels, in particular ones that are classed as 'Gothic'.
