Lynn pats Tez on the head
She then tells him that reworking is nothing to be afraid of - whilst it can be time-consuming (Lynn had to rework her *entire* major work, although she knew it was necessary so the "Now, you know you have a lot of work to do, don't you?" that came from her teacher wasn't really a big suprise) the results will be more than worthwhile.
She knows from personal experience how depressing having your major work ripped apart can be, however the satisfaction she felt when she *did* make mountainloads of changes and got the "This is SO much better! I'm very impressed!" from the critics was an absolutely gold moment.
Aside from that, she advises Tez to look very carefully at his major work. In all honesty, is it just not very spectacular, or does Tez need to rework it so his concept/intention is more clear? In Lynn's case, it was the latter.
