LOL. Lynn wants to see the pup trying to type.

Lynn wonders why just the one pup is crying - is it the runt of the litter? One of Lynn's dogs is the runt - at least, she thinks so. The "runt" is still very large though.

Justin believes that she may have an upset stomach, though he still thinks that it's not fair that she cry for hours on end non-stop.

Lynn feels sorry of Justin as the sound of puppy crying is indeed painful on two levels. Firstly, because it is a high-pitched whine that is disturbing, and secondly because you feel guilty if you don't cuddle the puppy every time it makes the crying sound.

Justin has had to put the pup back because she wouldn't stay still, only to have her resume crying again.

Justin believes that you can't give a pup attention every time it cries, or it will get spoilt.

Justin is waiting for Azumi to cry herself to sleep.

Lynn agrees, but admits that she is such a sucker for puppy tears. She wonders whether that is the reason Delta tends to follow her everywhere (Lynn has coddled Delta since puppyhood).

Amber is back online and as she has missed todays convos would like to add some notes for discussion -

1) Amber is 175cm tall, has mens size 11 feet so wears guys skate shoes and weighs 63kg (ok that wasnt part of the convo, the last bit - i just added it on... And once Amber got approached by a modelling company from Sydney when she was shopping but she politely refused.... but thats a whole nother story )

2) Amber has also seen the fishy carwash movie and very much enjoyed Will Smith's antics

3) Amber's boyfriend broke up with her last night but as they had only been together for one month Amber is ok (she thinks) Plus her bestest friend took her out shopping today and made Amber feel muchly better.

4)Amber likes puppies alot and hopes that Justin will send her one in condolences.... but she wants one that doesnt shit everywhere, please

Amber sits back and waits for responses from her ext2 friends (tho she will not be online much longer... maybe 15mins... but she will try and get on later tonight)

Lynn needs to see Shark Tale as it is still on "List of things to do after HSC" list.

Lynn hopes Amber is not feeling too bad and recommends even more shopping- "the best therapy is retail therapy!"

Alan lives in Fairfield, but has no idea where Bossley is. That is why, with Alan's very irrational thinking patterns, believes Justin to have taken his imagination a bit too far this time.

In addition, Alan would also like to point out to Amber, that if s/he (LOL!) should desire the company of a temporary boyfriend, Alan is always up for the job (believe it or not, Alan has played the part several times before).

On a very humourous note, the following quote by Amber...

...perfectly describes Alan's stats, although, he was never offered modelling opportunities while shopping

So in conclusion, he both despises Amber and loves her dearly at the same time.

Lynn is quite astounded at her tall companians and seeing as she has nothing to do, desides to do a tally.

Lynn also would like to note that she has never been offered modelling opportunities either. Whether or not this has anything to do with height, she has no idea, but does note that her height and love of libraries has produced many annoying moments spent trying to (unsuccessfully) reach a book on the top shelf. Lynn wishes that those groovy "library stools" to help people such as herself would cease to become "handy reading seats" by the 'Tall People'.

Lynn would also like to say that she doubts Marcus's hands will stay disproportionately large as he is still young and *gulp* likely to grow EVEN TALLER, if possible.

Lynn remembers random quote about friend of a friend that is almost 7 feet tall.

Amber thanks Alan for his kind offer, and says that if he were a little closer to her she might actually have considered his offer however she notes that Alan probably lives in sydney, as did her (now ex) boyfriend and if he broke up with her because of distance, then what would stop Alan from doing the same eh?

Amber is wondering how come Marcus is only 16 yet is doing the HSC? Amber thinks he must be superly overly smart and wonders if he has a disproportionally large brain to do with his hands...

Monkey Butler is around 188cm, 85 kg, and has Mens US 13 size feet. Monkey Butler would like to tell... whoever it was, not to listen to anyone who thinks The Last Samurai is good (as a script writer, Monkey Butler has become acutely aware of bad lines: "I'll tell you how he lived!"???).
Monkey Butler has just come back from a Legal Studies study-a-thon, where surprisingly, no study actually happened (half the people there were also drama students, so very distracting ). He is also curious as to where about hotcocoababe lives (it's either north of sydney or south of sydney, so Monkey Butler (shit that's getting annoying to write) figures he has a 50/50 chance of her living in the general vicinity of him )

Amber lives on the south coast *groan* and now wonders where monkey boy is? Amber also randomly adds that it takes her 1hour 45mins to get home from Miranda Fair ("But Dad, I really DID do 90kmph all the way home, i SWEAR it!...) and that no speed camera has caught her yet (not even the scary one at the bottom of Mt Ousley)

Amber agrees the Last Samurai is poorly scripted, as she owns it on DVD and has only watched it once... once being enough!

Lynn agrees, Munkey_Butler should reveal his own name. First name basis coupled with first-person-narration is most amusing.

Lynn also thought script in Last Samurai was lame.

Lynn is amused by Amber's driving experience. She feels compelled to say for the record that she is a major chicken, as she is not only scared of some really not-scary movies and big furry creatues, but also of going over speed limit. She does however love coasting down hills on Free Gear when no-one is around.

Lynn is indeed Amber's kindred spirit (particularly in the retail therapy department) and agrees that Marcus is far too smart for his own good, although perhaps by some happy measure knowledge is proportionate to body measurements. After all, didn't Einstein have a cone head?

And dont forget that Lynn is Amber's chocolate kindred spirit - and her library kindred spirit too, by the sounds of it (however, Amber feels sorry for Lynn, as she has no trouble reaching the books on the higher shelves)

Hmmm, Amber wonders if Lynn has any good suggestions as to which authors Amber should pronounce as her favourite when she goes for her UOW interview for the B. Creative Arts - Creative Writing? Any suggestions would be much appreciated

!!!! Lynn is amazed as she too is going for a Bachelor of Creative Arts - Creative Writing! however Lynn is applying to Macquarie Uni.

Lynn's personal favourite authors are, unfortunately, not particularly impressive ones. If you wish to know them however, here are some - Judith Merkle Riley, David Eddings, Kathy Lette...

For "favourite authors" Lynn recommends authors of her Eng Adv and EE1 prescribed texts. Michael Ondaatje, Annie Proulx, Seamus Heaney, Alistair MacLeod...

for actual classic favourite authors Lynn reccommends whoever wrote Jane Eyre (YAY, a feminist), whoever wrote Ten Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, and... Lynn has forgotten the rest as she just finished a book and her head is still stuck somewhere in the 16th century (Lynn is a fan of historical dramas).

Amber was looking at saying Bryce Courtenay (definate) Brian Jaques (possible) John Marsden (possible) and also some random classical author, perhaps Dickens (Amber likes Dickens). Amber also wonders if authors such as Blyton and Dahl are too childish to mention, because Amber likes them also.. LOL

Amber thinks this is so very cool, because if both Amber and Lynn get into their courses they can start their OWN thread and chat all the time about their course!
