yeah i mean what realli would make medicine differentiated from the other allied health professionals

Well it seems like that's the way it may end up going - the whole team-based integrated approach and whatnot - the doctor is just a part of the team these days, moreso than before.

alas what is their role?... I think that the key to medicine surviving the health reform.. defining our place.

cause why cant a very experienced nurse practitioner take that role?
