How is an international treaty incorporated into Australian domestic law?

I know that it has to be ratified before it is incorporated, but does this question ask exactly how it is introduced as a bill, into parliament or something?

I've done notes on everything, and maybe I just can't find a suitable answer in my notes or its not in there...

Only when Australia makes domestic legislation about the issue.
They don't necessarily incorporate that international treaty - they rather just implement domestic legislation that is similar or the same. Idk if that makes sense :x

yea like racial vilifcation....i mean its a international collective right to be treated equally free from racism therefore domestic law has incorporated the racial discrimination Act 1977 (NSW) ok thats just one of a multitude of statutes....hope that helped!
