I'm tired, so this might not be in the most appropriate thread...but hey its health-related.
I have an incredibly, unbelievably low attention span. This has applied in the HSC (last time i'll mention it) and it applies when i read books. Even the captivating ones such as The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins. I cannot read a book for more than 20 minutes, no matter how good it is, and i can't stand to watch a movie for over 1.5 hours (2 hours tops). Its annoying. Very annoying.
Anything i can do to improve this? Any links for me to understand what determines one's attention span?
