Heaps good!! .. I've never been to the venue, apparently its up the road from the Enmore :\ anyone know what "The Factory" is like?? S p a c e d, dont regret it, plenty of people go alone!! I flew up to Brisbane for Death Cab last year, was kind of awkward alone but well worth it .. you're into the music anyway once they start up .. especially deerhoof lol, *crosses fingers for lots of runners 4 material*

to contribute to the topic though - Band of Horses, only found this one out the other day, sounding very cool, check out their MySpace.

nice nice ... alrighty then, getting there early and enjoying dinner at that Ole burger joint. Some quality pre-gig meals have been had there.

Im hoping for something with the same intimacy as the metro .. had a mate come back from Yo La Tengo saying he could basically touch their feet they were that close ><!

Pray tell, why is indie so frequently associated with alternative rock, and on occasions "emo" music?
I've always thought that indie was a subset of Alternative rock or that they were the same type of music except indie was where the band signed to independent labels whereas the latter was where they signed to major labels.

Meh, I've no clue actually.
