Just wanted to know what important people you guys think we need to know for the exam

We had a question on Nasser for the trials
i think it was the independant paper
so him and then maybe some of the other Arab leader
and israeli prime ministers such as Rabin
and Yasser Arafat
our teacher said it is unlikel that you will get a question devoted to one individual
but i spose u still need to know it for other answers

well, we did a mixture of a few papers for our trials because we hadnt finished the topic. our question was on the affect israel's declaration of independence had on all the individuals and groups. so basically, what did the arabs and the jews and the un think etc.. but out teacher says they follow a theme and we may get a question on the use of terrorism and from looking at past papers questions about the superpowers involvement (us, ussr, un) have been pretty prevalent.. so it could be anything! but most questions tended to be about the later part of the arab-israeli conflict, so from the partition plan onwards..
