Does any1 know an extensive list of medical and industrial radio isotopes?

e.g. a small list. please correct me if i am wrong.

Industrial
~ Cobalt-60 (leveling gauges and to x-ray welding seams and other structural elements to detect flaws)
~ Americium-241 (medical diagnostic devices)
~ Cesium-137 (measure the thickness of materials)

Medical
~ Cobalt-60 (radiation therapy as implants)
~ Technetium 99m (detect throat cancers)
~ Americium-241 (measure density and thickness, smoke detectors)
~ Iodine-131 (diagnose and treat cancers of the thyroid gland)
~ Cesium-137 (radiation therapy devices for treating cancer)

please feel free to add more radio isotopes or elaborate on any uses. i hope this helps others as much as it will help me. trying to avoid using Technetium-99 and Cobalt-60 as they seem to be used most commonly so if there are any good isotopes i have not already added please add as much info as u can. links n references are welcomed.

Found this from another similar thread:

Cobalt 60 is used in industrials situation to search for faults in welding and the like, it is also can be used in medicine tp sterilise instruments IIRC.

Technetium 99m is used to detect throat cancers and stuff like that by attaching itself to certain cells in the body - they then analyse for concentration using a gamma ray camera and voila cancer is detected. Its useful as an isotope because of the short half life so less chance of damaging the patient.
