I got 95 in the final HSC exam, and 95 as my assessment mark... therefore 95 overall HSC mark for Information Processes and Technology this year (2010).

These are the notes I made and used throughout they year. I suppose they are good considering my marks. So if you're lucky and do Information Processes and Technology, I have a present for you:

Enjoy!

Thanks so much.

We dont really learn much in IPT due to a lot of distractions taking up the teacher's time...

These notes will definitely help. thank you

btw, havent looked at any past papers yet...what is the difficulty of the IPT exam in comparison to others?

You're very welcome.

Likewise, distractions are all that happened in my class.

I'm sure they will, enjoy.

Ok, im the WORST person to ask because I find IPT to be cake. For me, ANY of them were extremely easy for me. So in comparison to others, they are MUCH easier.

Re: Information Processes and Technology Resource - WARNING

Albeit this student claims to have attained a very good mark in the 2010 HSC
A word of warning to other students
The learning comes in creating your OWN revision notes
and these notes contain information that is no longer relevant to the NEW IPT syllabus

What year are you referring to? The last time the IPT syllabus was changed was in 2008. :/

Re: Information Processes and Technology Resource - WARNING

Exactly .. though created in 2009, his notes cover content no longer found in the current syllabus

http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/HSC_Information_Processing_and_Technology
whilst this doesnt cover the whole syllabus this is another resource students could use for support material when creating their study notes

Re: Information Processes and Technology Resource - WARNING

His notes do cover some of the content found in the syllabus. There are still some topics in the current syllabus that are the same as the ones before the syllabus was changed in 2008.

For example, Project management techniques are still in the syllabus as is the option topic Multimedia.

What topics in these notes don't cover the current syllabus?
