Hi guys, I'm an international student in UNSW and this is my 2nd year 1st sem, Bcom student, not long ago I picked my major Information Systems. As going through all these job vacant sites to look for summer intern, I found that IS is missing from the field tab, instead I can either see Commerce or IT/Computer Science. This some how started to tick my nerves and I'm quite worry about my future. So can anyone tell me what is the difference between IT and IS, and exactly what positions/work content I can acquire in a company.
