Hey, I was just wondering about the combined degree of Bachelor of International and Global Studies/Bachelor of Law

What are the UAI cut-offs for this?
..at Syd Uni, UNSW, Notre Dame, Macquare, etc.

Sydney would be my preference, but I heard their cut-off is 99.5. Is this true?

Also, is it hard to transfer if you don't get in with you UAI?

Thanks!

Generally UAI cut offs for anything combined with law is based on the law cutoff (ie. whether you do arts/law, commerce/law international studies/law its all the same).

For USYD in 2008 the UAI cut off for law was 99.55.(Course search - The University of Sydney) It is likely to stay around that.

Transferring into law at USYD is based on 50% UAI and 50% average of your grades from first year uni. They generally say you will need a UAI of at least 95 to transfer and a distinction average- however it is quite competitive, and I would try to have a UAI as close as possible to the cut off/ work as hard as possible to get a high GPA in first year.

For the cutoffs for other universities they can all generally be found on their websites- i would take a look at them.
