who thought this was garbage and had hardly anything to do with GEOG? sure you are interpreting a graph but they could've used something geographical. shrug

Yeah the one with the Core Internet and Bitnet or whatever, that was really s*#t. 90% sure I got it wrong anyway.

The only reason why they put it in because it was a Logarithmic Graph, they're just testing your ability to interpret different types of graphs,
I think it was right near the end, like 1998-2002...

i spent ages doing that question.... tried to work out rates for each 4 yr block... at first a had a period towards the end but i ended up putting the first 4 year block caus the % increase is biggest ( i think) cause it moves fom like 40 to 4000 or something.. think i fucked it though caus they wouldnt make that correct caus its got the biggest gradient which tricks people into picking that.. even though the later blocks go from 100 000 to 6000 000 the rate (if i worked it out right) wasnt as great.. fucken gay question for 1 mark? caus you would have to do like 20 calculations.. its didnt specify how to pick the 4 yearts so u could have gone for 1994.5 - 1998.5 etc....

so i did the first 4 yeatrs..oh well if im wrong

didnt the year bracket closest to the vertical axis have the greatest increase because it had the steepest gradient?

thats what they usually do to trick you..but its a log graph so u cant do it by gradient, but look at all the no's.. it should have been a multi choice cause u had 2 work out like 20 ones.. despite that i still put the first 4 block but i think i mighta stuffed up the calculations
