i just bought a 30 gig ipod with the movie one an all that gear.

however i wanna put some movies on there, i know it has to b in the MP4 format, do u guys know of a converter that changes files into the MP4 format.

an i dont wanna pay for it, my boss bought a program that does it, but i'm a tightass.
