it wasnt raw...."medium rare" apparently but yes it did look abit disgusting...i dont like rare of even medium meat....must be cooked very very very well done... chairman kaga is funny...that old guy (the taster) is starting to really get on my nerves...maybe its the dubbing...wait...it is the dubbing!)

Very strange, but i Love the iron chef, haha i would kill to cook like them but i cant The translation on the show is quite good compared to some SBS movies.

the tasters must be biased then. i rekon they should eat them without them knowing who cooked what. i think that way at least the challengers have a chance of winning
