Irregular Offer form. please HELP! (1 Viewer)

Ok, so I have been a stupid dick and missed the change of preferences date for the VTAC period. I reaaaaalllllyyyy want a course which is about 5th on my list, as I got a better UAI than i expected. Now, on the website, it says I can apply for an Irregular Offer form, has anyone ever used one of these? Where do I get one from? And are my chances as good using one as what they would have been if my preferences were in correct order.

i know this is a bit late but the irregular offer form can be found on your myinfo profile on vtac. it will be under the course forms/applications section
