Is anyone suffering from sleep depravation? (1 Viewer)

Considering the fact you get the best sleep b4 midnight, your friend is probably actually quite smart.

I do something kinda like that, i get to school an hour b4 school starts, probably 7:30ish , because i am most focused at school, except i normally go to bed later than 12 aswell. Although starting back after holidays are hard to get back into this pattern (coz i get like less than 6 hrs sleep), but after a while i dont feel the tiredness!

I got sick the first week I tried because it was freezing in the morning. But I'm use to it now :)

HEY were you the one that wanted King Lear notes for the Harlos Production?

^ i've tried that but yeah, i dont work that effectivley in the morning. i tend to be all drowsy and fall asleep every half hr even if i've slept a decent number of hrs.

Because I couldn't study right after school. Plus too many distractions msn..tv..music..food..sms lol :p

do you find that you can pay more attention at school if you exersice in the morning or does it make you tired.

cause i find that im wide awake for half the day and come the last period im asleep and drooling on the desk,....

so talking about all this sleep deprevation...how many hours study are you all doing every night!? I think i need to delete myspace and get rid of msn!

i did that when i was in high school....getting 6 hrs sleep each night took its toll, and i always end up crashing for a few hours when i returned home from school

i hate them ... yet i have accounts everywhere xD
ohh i think theres a thread about study hours somewhere ... but i normally only do 1 or 2 lmao. no gooodddd.

ahhh yes...i am getting off topic. you seem to be doing extremely hard subjects...any reasons?
