Is BBus/BSci (IT) same as BBus/BComp? (1 Viewer)

Is the Bachelor of Business Bachelor of Science in Information Technology the same as the B Business/B Computing in UAC?

And if so, in comparison to the B Business, is the course held in the same regard or less if I were to say... follow an accounting path?

A) The B Bus/B Comp degree was renamed the B Bus B Sc(IT) as of 2007. There are a couple of changes in regards to coursework- discussion about it can be viewed @ http://community.boredofstudies.org...ogy-sydney/127761/buscomp-dead-bbusbscit.html

B) Difference between a straight B Bus and a B Bus/B Sc(IT) is that in a B Bus you can do 2 majors (e.g. accounting and finance) or 1 major and 2 sub-majors. The structure can be viewed here: http://www.handbook.uts.edu.au/bus/ug/c10026.html

In the B Bus/B Sc(IT) you do 1 business major, and 1 computing major (note: this is different to the old BBusBComp degree). All of the Business core subjects are the same. The structure can be viewed here: http://www.handbook.uts.edu.au/it/ug/c10219.html
