Help me out here guys, Im usually pretty good with words but my sprell check says it isn't, but Im pretty sure 'disproven' IS a word!!!

in my opinion its a word ... eg - this theory has been disproven ... it sounds right ...

it's a word,

believe me, i should know - at school i was referred to as the walking dictionary.

I can only find you sites that uses the word, not dictionaries. Perhaps they don't recognise the word yet, and will adapt eventually.

personally i dun trust microsoft word ... or other dictionaries ... cos sometimes you know the word exists and they are just crap to put it into their database .... or maybe its just me ...
