IPT 9th, SAC 15th, so unfortunately, not my last exam. I have a cool 10 days to study for it though.

Yep. IPT is my last... I can't wait!

But, that morning I have Studies of Religion I :( So my last two exams on the same day for me. But, it should be alright.. I've got 8 days to study for it once Wednesday's Maths Ext 1 exam is over! :D

You can't really study for IPT... I think its something that either sticks or doesnt. If you know what a computer is you've practically earned yourself a band 6 on the spot.

You'd think that, but last year only 7% of the 6000 ipt students managed a band 6, most people get a 4 or 5.

Hopefully the same people who wrote the SDD exam also wrote this one.....

Mmm damn those statistics. IPT is pretty easy... so why such a small proportion of band 6s!?

guys becareful u will have to draw a spreadsheet this year if ur attempting the DSS question. there is a pattern. one year they dont do it the next year they do. it will be in it for sure. it will be worth like 8 marks.

im just making a gross generalisation based on what i saw at my school.....

i noticed that not many of the high achieving students pick IPT, and the average students are attracted to it because it is easy. I think this statistic is more of a reflection of the overall candidature for IPT - i don't think it is particularly difficult to get a band 6.
