from my experience so far yes it is possible to go to other tutorial time that you are not enrolled in especially some tutorial is not compulsory and did not take your attendance otherwise may be you just need to contact someone who is responsible with tutorial thingy

No, that's not a real Actuarial unit.

Real Actuarial units include: ACST151 for first semester.

It's not a unit ACST people consider as ACST. Just as ACST people don't consider ACST201 as an ACST unit. ACST units are those exclusively difficult units employed to make life difficult *very* for ACST people. And ACST101 isn't one of them... and it doesn't come close.
