is it true that a 60 raw mark scales to a 90 in extension 2 math?

yeah it's something like that for ext 2 math, but it differs from year to year
I did bio in 2019 and high 70s scaled to band 6, I know bcz I got high 70s raw (idk exact but it was in the 70s) but a band 6 at the end (worst bio mark I ever got in my career) but it scaled well so. apparently the exam was difficult that year/everyone did shit overall which the scaling accounted for

a 60 won’t align to a 90, but yes the aligned mark for an E4 (and hence 90) is usually in the mid-high 60s
