notes:

1. barker q12 is missing, but you can guess from the solution what the question was and it wan't a proof question

2. fort st had lots of questions like show blah blah about vectors, complex numbers etc, which are technically proofs but won't be included here because they are in those topics, not the proof topic - but they didn't seem to have proof-topic-specific questions
