I'm thinking of changing degrees next year, and I was thinking before I make any decision I'd like to sit in on a couple lectures beforehand so I don't make another mistake. Is there some page where you enter the code for the unit of study and it shows you the times and rooms for it?

I'm actually at USyd right now, so if it's anythign where you have to log in, that could be an issue, but please tell me anyway, cause I have friends at UNSW who could help me out.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

You can get your friends to log into myUNSW for you (on their account of course) and do a class search to show you all the times and rooms of a given class.

Thanks for your help.

Can somebody tell me what it means when it says "(L/1)" or "(L/2)" or "(L1)" or "(T4)" or whatever after a room name?

N/A
L is lecture, T is tutorial (small groups)
If there are many L's, there is probably multiple lecture streams, consecutive or close to each other numbers mean they are the same stream. Use nss (first link in ohne's post) to confirm the lecture streams
