Is there a way to get MY timetable online? Because when I chose my classes, I had to use quite a few of my second / third choices and now Im totally lost as to which classes I was actually enrolled in (the 'data entry' chick didnt give me a printout, she said it would be available on the net) .... but the only online timetable I can find is that "timetable builder" which is useless to me, i need to know which classes I enrolled in, not which ones I CAN enrol in.

thanks all

If you go to http://www.exams.uts.edu.au and log in there, then click on "Study Plan", you will be able to view your classes and the ones you enrolled in.

Then you go to http://timetable.uts.edu.au to work out when the classes are on. For some subjects, you probably didn't enrol in lectures, so they won't show up, but they will be on the timetable instead, and you choose which one you want to go to.

If you haven't got your UTS login account, then go to http://mail.uts.edu.au and click on "Activate Your Account". Your student ID no. will become your username.

you won't know EXACTLY what classes you'll be in yet

sometimes it takes till week 3 of uni to get it finalised.

look up the class codes on http://www.exams.uts.edu.au, and then check out the booklet thingy u got on enrolment day which has all the class codes and what time they're at (when u chose ur classes, etc)

i hope this makes sense...

Well firstly, fatmuscle, because of the new enrolment system, most of the students enrolled in their first year subjects in all of the lectures, tuts and labs at enrolment. Only limited subjects now require you to register in the lectures.

To get your class codes from http://timetable.uts.edu.au look up the subject you want, then click on "Print All Classes" to show you the class times and their codes. Enjoy!

Alternatively, if your an IT student, you should have your IT login. You can log into http://start.it.uts.edu.au by clicking on the "personalise" link on the left, the clicking on the timetable link on the right. This will show you IT subject timetables only. If your lucky and the system has been updated, it should also show the IT subjects your enrolled in, as well as your class codes.

Didnt we get allocated tutes and labs during the first lecture in our first sem anyway? Works better than the "new" (aka lets confuse people) system.

Na this year they all enrolled at enrolment, except for certain subjects (I think Info Sys Principles and ICC). It tells you on the timetable.

In previous years, we were allocated our tutorials and labs for first semester, which we got at camp on our personalised timetables.

The alternate login is your IT login, which you should have got on a white piece of paper from this guy at a little desk, when you handed your yellow form in at enrolment. If you didn't get one, you will need to go to the Technical Support desk on Level 3, Building 10.

In first week, you will usually only have lectures. If you don't have lectures for your subject, then tutorial or seminar or lab or whatever. Normal classes with start in the 2nd week usually.

Normal classes? What else is there besides lectures, tutes, pracs and seminars? :O

And at enrolment I was given a predetermined timetable so do I just rock up according to that until I'm notified of some sort of confirmation/change?
