Just wanted to clarify .

IS TORQUE A VECTOR ?

IF SO, it's just clockwise/anticlockwise, right ?

Yes it is. Clockwise and anticlockwise is fine as long as you talk about which end you are looking at.

Yes torque is a vector as torgue is derived from force and force is a vector
