UNSW has a really ugly tower thing as well.... but ours is taller lol.

I really am filled with pride as my train pulls into Central station each morning and I, along with thousands of city-workers, look up to the UTS building towering high up in the sky...

Seriously, UTS's location gives it the best free advertising any Uni could ever have!

lol it's so funny though, people outside Sydney have no clue what UTS is....

But yes, I think that simply it's tallness gives it a certain charm and charisma that the other unis lack... the tower makes a statement "bow down to me, for I am tall... and ugly"

It's also unique in that it is one of the only 1970's style really tall buildings that one can see in Sydney, so really it's a momument to that period of architechual history.

And that would have to be some pretty freaky sunlight to make your mini tower look like ivory Asqy!! It looks like a short UTS in my opinion lol.... see, UTS is so wonderful that UNSW made a mini monument to it in their own uni...

The tall uts building isn't that bad inside...
it even has a hole through the middle so you can bungee jump (or suicide) without having to be seen by ppl coming out of central
