no. im in a band with one of my music teachers ( outside of school) and im nnot allowed to go to any parties he has...but when i turn 18 im allowed to.

well call up your provider (vodafone or wateva it is) and ask them to block the number...... they can't legally give out his number, but they do have it on their records, and so it can be blocked.

It's not illegal for a teacher to get your number if they can prove they have genuine concern (one of mine did it when I sent a msg to her thru a friend saying I wouldnt be into school that day cuz I'd had a fight with my mum and pissed off) but that sounds really gronky.
I don't know if it's illegal for him to do it per se, but it is inappropriate if he's calling you with no genuine (legit) reason to do so, and you can complain about it.
