DNA doesn't mean he did do it either. You don't have consenual DNA which is left behind after consenual sex and raping DNA which is left behind after a rape.

"Date rape" can often be a hazy area, with the raping partner not knowing that it was not consented. Also alcohol can lower the inhibitions and what was consensual may not be remembered that way.

Oh no, I never said that DNA means that he raped a person, it just means that they had intercourse whether it be consenual or rape. It just proves that they have done it.

Rapists normally would consider that the intercourse is consenual, even if the vicitim resists them, they may think that the vicitim is only playing hard to get. Alcohol & drugs can cause people to do things they wouldn't normally do or make them forget. When people use alcohol & drugs is involved, they are never giving real consensual sex. However, it may not necessarily mean that the person actually raped the 'vicitim' depending on the situation. If one person intentionally got the other person drunk or high on drugs so that they can have sex with them is considered as rape as the vicitim is not giving their real consent to doing it but if both parties is just having fun night out with friends without the intention, than it is not rape. However, this is a hazey area.

& I do not know enough about that Norwegian woman to comment.

Yes llamalope it does happen for real, women in some areas do have their vaginas saw together to prevent them loosing their virginity (in whatever fashion this may be in) & only allowed to be opened for the occasional sex with their husbands & for childbirth.
