It's a day before your exam...
What/How do you study for 3u in these last 24 hours?

You cram, you cram like you've never crammed before! =D
Look through past paper books (like, look at the solutions just to see the process) and write down formula's. I started doing that 2 days before the exam and it worked, lost about 7-8 marks on stupid mistakes though so watch them.

just check all the threads I made yesterday


yeh, like trev said, look at past papers, and look at the solutions if ur really pressed on time...


man, that 4u maths test we just had was LONG! (2hours)

oh and 3unit is actually pretty simple compared to 4unit, if you learn your stuff you should be fine..
I feel as though 3unit is "aceable" but 4 unit, that's a different story.. I thought I was doing really well, until a few stupid questions just popped up

I did 2 past papers the night before, and checked my answers with the worked solutions, corrected them. Also looked through all my formulae beforehand. Ended up nailing the half yearly the other day.

it seems that most ppl do prac papers or at least some good questions the night before and look over worked solutions....
i just recently bought the "excel mathematics" study guide..
does this have some good questions/papers for this type of last night study?

It has some questions, but not alot, compared to other textbooks like fitzpatrick and cambridge. Read the worked examples, they are pretty good.

does your school give you past half yearlies?? my school does, i usually do those, or i get a trial.hsc paper and do some questions out of those... or just sleep and try not to think too much about it.
