Shawshank redemption was an awesome movie. Silence of the Lambs is great too, but Hannibal isn't a 'prison' movie in the slightest (Still haven't seen Red Dragon). The Green Mile ain't bad and Duncan's character is so likable.

There's an old Clint Eastwood movie called 'Escape from Alcatraz' that was pretty good. And a movie with Kevin Bacon in it about Alcatraz is pretty rivetting, but I can't remember the name of it.
