Im doing jap extension and i was wondering if people were interested in sharing their thoughts, notes , or what they have done in class etc

I do extension and I love and hate it at the same time

I love it because
-It gives me the opportunity to talk about social issues/current affairs
-1/4 of the assessment is basically just writing fanfiction HAHA
-Analysing the film is pretty nice as well
-Really helps with continuers (just from getting more exposure to Japanese and you sound more sophisticated)

I hate it because
-Monologues omg I dont even think I can do this in English

Yea, it's a pretty tough course but I hope I can pull through

lol hi I'm the op of the forum, i really wonder what NSB jap cont./ ext classes are like. Cos i went to the open day and their teacher is like actually japanese and it makes me cry in envy.

i had a sub who was jap for a wk with crappy teaching skills + bad attitude. Her very presence gave me cancer but anyway the pt is it doesn't really matter if your teacher is jap or not
