Yep they own horror movies. They originally made The Ring which was remade by hollywood. I wanna c Dark water heard its great. What are some of your favourite japanese horror movies?

ooh, i've got it sitting on my table... haven't seen it yet though -_-

the original version of the ring wasn't that good. i watched it a few yrs before the hollywood one, and then i watched it again afterwards... the only scne that's better than the american version is when sadako crawls out of the tv O____________o;; i've never had shivers go up my spine like that....

Battle Royale isn't a horror film. Odishon on the other hand is.. I recommend it. Also worth a look is Ju-on or 'The Grudge'. It's not particularly scary at all, but it's nevertheless a very well executed horror movie
