Its under the MSDNAA program, so its available to students that are under CSE at UNSW (IT and EE at USyd). Of course it would be against the MSDNAA license to pass software on to those not covered by the program.

however, if UOW is under the MSDN-AA program, then we would have similar services, right?

I don't know the very details of the program licenses. But there could be versions that cater only for staff etc.

Ummm yeah it does say we're part of it, but we actually don't get any MS stuff haha, i asked as well sunny, we got rorted, only the staff are covered for MSDNAA :(
