hey in the HSC exams when reffering to Jesse Martin can we refer to him as Jesse? does it sound to unsophisticated...i know sometimes the teachers say dont use first names...but is anyone here going to refer to him as Jesse or are you going to refer to him as Martin?

yeah it does sound too personal.....i mean ur not really mates with him r you??...just start off with jesse martin and then just call him martin..depending on the context your writing you should never use first names.....hope that helps....

hey, we were told by our english teacher to refer to people by their last name, so martin, but characters with their first name. hope that helps
