I can see why some peopel might see the ending to MSK as "contrived" but for me, not being a reader of "contemporary" novels at all, it felt real and got me crying for the first time since Little Women (in that case, I KNEW what was coming though :(

Just re-read MSK and it's still as good as the 1st and 2nd times. I love Anna's "voice".

Just read MSK, good book although I was tempted to skip all the Campbell bits.

i also recently read my sister's keeper and cried at the end . i love the controversy she stirs and how you are reluctant and hesistant to take sides . it just makes you think about your own life &. what you would do if in any of those people's situations .
