I suggest NS is broken up into sub-fora, like the some other fora in the General section (not to mention the universities). That way people can see what they want, relevant to their own tastes of the moment.
As an example, "Politics", "Relationships", "Miscellanea" and "Personal Problems" could be used to starrt things off. I doubt Flyin' et al are going to sort all the old threads, but new ones could be easily moved to promote the new sections (and within about a month, after people are used to them, thread spawning can be locked in the main NS section).
...just a thought.
