hey ppl, I was away for a presentation assessment that was worth 30% (eek :chainsaw: ), I was really sick and have a medical certificate.
Do we need to fill out any forms, or can we just turn up and say sorry, um I was sick, here's the dr. cert - and then do the presentation?
Thanks heaps, worried to death.

RIP

its called special consideration for internal assessments. collect in at your student centre, have your doctor fill their section out, and it should be fine.

You would probably need to fill out a misadventure form or something, especially if it was an assignment worth 30%. Speak to ur lecture/tutor

huh? I'm so confused! I can't find one. And I have it tomorrow. I'm going to the student centre and ask for one. I have the LATE ASSIGNMENT FORM, where it says to attach the Dr. Certificate. Or is that not the one?

Ahhh help!! Sob. Meh.

no clue, the one i mention goes back to the student centre where they act as a third party and send it off to the unit coordinator in concern.
