hey everyone
ok i just started lear and we are about half way through reading it..my teacher hasnt taught us anything because she thinks its better if we read it first HOWEVER in the first week back we have an assessment and i have absolutley no idea what i should be studying for this module.
so i was just wondering if someone could give me a brief summary of what this module requires.

all i know is that we are going to "compare and ocntrast to different interpretations of the same scene in the play and write an extended response" i.e. its an in-class viewing essay (where we see the scenes then write the essya right after)

anyway should i be studying productions, different readings, themes or what!!
im totally confused with this module so if anybody could shed some light it would be greatly appreciated

well every question is usually based around themes and techniques. so those two you'll definitely need to look at. as far as interpretations go you'll probably have to discuss how the particular scene is viewed by different groups of people. our assessment task on KL asked for that. and i agree with you both...king lear isnt a really good topic to do
