Yes Guy Richie directed but together they are producers, he may not be THE producer but he is part of the production team hence, in GENERAL Layer Cake is produced by the same PEOPLE who made Lock Stock,...etc.

Thats why you see in the previews and reviews they say, "..from the prodcuers of..." they dont say from the director Mr.X and producer Mr.Y from the movie da da da...

From the beginning of this post I said in general the producers of the film. I mentioned not to get technical by looking at the difference of someone directing the film and someone who is part of the producing team. In general conversation I grouped the two together and said they produced the film. If you want to continue arguing then go ahead but do it by PM rather than going off topic. Discuss the actualy film itself.

If you don't understand what I'm trying to say than so be it but don't go making assumptions and accusations. Refering other people as idiots doesn't make you look more superior but rather reveal your own personality.
