I seem to have discovered something on blackboard 
1) Go to http://blackboard.econ.usyd.edu.au
2) Login
3) On the main page click "view grades"
4) Click on the subject of your choice you wish to attach notes/view notes (when theres some) for.
5) Underneath the "my faculty" tab click on the "tools" part of the following line
UNITS OF STUDY > MARKETING PRINCIPLES (SEM 1 2005) > TOOLS > MY GRADES
6) Now click "digital dropbox"
7) To view a file there just click it. Eg, in marketing principles youll see one attached by myself. To add your own click "send file"
8) Fill in the name of the file, the location (click browse) and then comments. Then click submit.
9) VOILA! UNINOTES.COM FOR BUSINESS AND ECON!!!
