how do u caculate the acc. receievable turnover ratio.. everywhere i look i get a differnt answer :confused:

accounts receivable/average sales per day (measured in days)

im led to believe its: credit sales / average accounts receivables = no. of times per year.

so divide 365 by the figure and that is however many days the business collects money
