dont worry i have it aswell havent studied or read one page all year for it so i guess im in a worse position than u....i guess just answer the question as best u can making use of the source given spend a few minutes breaking it down completely and then analyse it.... i cant predict any but the 1st question is always based on methods used to create history and the second is always on ur case study thats the most help i can give i spose good luck

yeah i got that figured now...now im just confused as to what to put in a crusades essay asking about aims and motivations. all i have are the 5 versions of the speech given by urban at clermont. in class we went thru these and summarised what they were asking and thus what was motivating the crusaders....the majority of reasons were things like guilt, fear, anger etc..but how do u put that in an essay?? like how do i structure it. i just dont understand where the sunstance comes from if that makes sense?

i guess just break it down into themes such as what is history? etc once u get those 4 or so themes write each one in chronological order and just discuss the aims and purposes of the composers hope that helps

that same person must be a real postmodernist/relativist

lets see we've had

04: keith jenkins (british pomo), becker (relativist)

05: clendinnen (australian socialist), eh carr (THE go-to relativist guy)

damn i wish i had read this thread last week

and don't worry thread starter i'm sure you would have done heaps mad!!

edit: haha actually the person above only posted that like half an hr before the exam
