Just wondering what the chances of me getting an offer into B Arts into UNSW in the late round would be.
Is it a possiblity or not?

It is definitely a possibility because according to this http://www.uac.edu.au/documents/atar/2013-main-cutoffs.pdf, there are still vacancies for the course.

How does the late round work anyway? Like how do they choose who to offer the positions to?

Same as main, they go from best ATAR to least best based on prefs just like in the Main Round.
