i will pretend i didnt hear that from ziff!! :(

but from midnight of today i will have gone off bored almost completely. the only reason i would post from now until the hsc would be to ask questions or to look fro updated threads which i require for my study :D

Some people here have said "just get 96". Is there some sort of rumour that the cut-off will go up to 96 or is this just saying "play it safe and get a bit above the cut-off"?

Just play it safe talk. From what I here they are expecting the base UAI to remain roughly where it is. And law has been steady for two years or so anyway.

Demand this year should be lowered by the renewed attractiveness of Sydney unis whose uais generally fell.

they do not, syd is at 99.6 and the highest it can possibly go is 99.8

That was in reference to entry level UAI, eg UNSW BA was 76 or so this year.
