Those percentages are just basic calculations, haven't been given the actual % but I just looked at assessment marks and weighting to add it up, but the ranks are definites. So yeah, pretty shitty stuff. My school was barely in the top 50 in that SMH top schools thing (#47).

After reading through alot of these threads, alot of people keep asking if they are going to "fail" or if its all already over. Keep in mind there is still a month left before the exams start, if you want a decent result there is still time to make it happen even with rankings like that. You really can't at this point feel you're already screwed and your UAI is going to be rock bottom when the potential to get possibly something you desire is still in your hands. To be realistic you won't get anything too high, but if you really put some hard effort in now I don't see why you don't have the potential to get up to and possibly over a UAI of 80. At this point people can predict a possible UAI based off your ranks, but in the end it's going to be how much effort you put into your studies in the next 2 months.

top 50 isnt bad actually
your ranks are alright, but i would suggest working your butt off for the next month, but i will say you'll get around in the low to mid 80s
