do u have to give a speech etc to be elected captain?

at our school:
1. the whole grade votes and top 20 are selected
2. top 13-ish are selected from those 20
3. 13 guys vote amongst themselves who will be captain/vice. remainder are prefects.

who do u reckon the 12 people are gonna be?
to be honest it's so obvious, i predict jack, rowan, adam fulepp, cos easy.

the entire grade gets a form and nominates 10 people.........top30 people are shortlisted and voted again for 15 girls to b the prefect body

Hey everyone!!!
We had elections this morning for the school prefects. I got in!!! Horray!!! We have interviews for captain and vice-captain on Monday. My speech was ok, but I mainly got the teachers votes. Actually, pretty much all the teacher votes come to think of it.

Lol, im not getting it ...i guess we find out soon. Ours were last wednesday...but to be honest i didnt really care one iota. Just five minutes b4 i found out that i got into the ext art course..so i was just really HAPPY!!!!
