If a question asks to assess the effectiveness of legal measures is that things like accessibility, enforceability and the like?

a legal measue is the same as a legal remedy/ like a legal response..

a legal measure is things like leglislation, injunctions, orders... stuff like that... then you mesure the effectivness of them by the criteria of accessability, enforceability, resource effieciency etc.

hope thats of some help

In the syllabus it has suggestions for assessing the effectiveness, for both individuals and society... and yes they are enforceability, accessability, resource efficiency, etc etc

Then you also bring in your own issues (with cases, legislation etc) to weigh them up against these criteria, e.g. in family law you could talk about birth technologies, rights of the child, same sex couples etc
