Hey guys, i'm practicing some multiple choice questions for my legal mid-term exam and i am having troubles with these 2 questions, can anyone please help me. THANKS MUCH APPRECIATED

1.) Which of the following best describes the doctrine of natural justice?
a] a person has a right to be heard before an unbiased judge
b] a person has the right to appeal a court decision if they are not satisfied with the outcome.
c] all people are equal before the law
d] person has the right to be heard before a jury of their peers

2.) In order to qualify for leagal aid a person must satidfy a means test and a merit test. An exception to this rule is:
a] disabled people in the District Court
b] children in the Children's Court
c] police officers in any court
d] any applicant to the high court.

are you sure the answer to 1 is not C?

I'm sorry if I'm wrong as both answers sounds quite similiar
