Yeah i dug it. Especially crime ;)

Section III was better last year i think, more specific. They went the whole 'vague' direction that seems to be the rage with exams this year...

yup i killed it.

it was much easier than expected. and much easier than past papers.

though the options were a bit different as they didnt word it with the "effectiveness" but still, straightforward :)

i'm happy. and believe a band 6 is possible.

It honestly couldnt have gone better.

We were all outside the exam room wating and homing that there yould be effectiveness questions for both our focus studes.

Workplace: 24a.
How effective is the law in responding to current issues in the workplace?

World Order: 25b.
How effective are legal instruments and non-legal measures in achieving world order?

I loved it. Could they be any more open?

I thought this was a great exam, except for a few multiple choice which were disputable and ambiguous. Crime was the easiest its ever been, family i think went well, and world order was the best - Q25 B - i chose - and i remembered so much. Good luck everyone - I'VE FINISHED MY HSC - HORRAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Exam overall. Loved the questions for consumer and family got onto a second booklet for each one (and my writing is about 6-8 words per line too). Crime was quite reasonable also....especially name the elements of a crime!!!! Multi Choice typical Legal Studies could be better, but ofcourse could be worse. The short answer were quite good too.

Overall good, but that means probably not much if any aligning....

For Shelter i did part b about Conflict and Co-operation.... i was wondering if it was alrgith that i talked about things like the standard contract when buying a house and the residential tenancies act etc ?

Overall though i thought it was a really fair paper

Yes definitely they would be essential especially if you could tie them into conflicts and cooperation between parties in the conveyancing process and tenants v landlords public and private type thing

- Excellent exam especially the world order question which was pefect

Seems this was the last exam for a lot of other people too. I quite liked it actually. My teacher thought it was going to be awful (following the pattern of awful good awful, good), so I also thought it was going to be a load of smut.

Multiple choice was brilliant. Couldn't have asked for an easier one.

hoping to get 90+.... it hink it was a fair exam

jus wondering, did anyone go against the statement "Society moves ahead and the law limps behind" in any of the questions by saying that the law does NOT limp behind society???

just wondering...i think that would have been the easier approach, and a good idea becasue it would distingusih you from alot of students
